Pre-Season Jamboree

Registration Information

What Next?  If you would like to attend this event with your team, take the following steps:

Once your team request is received, your team will be assigned a spot in the jamboree and an electronic invoice will be sent to your director or will be placed on waitlist.  Payment must be received to secure your place.  Registration (non-refundable) is $60 per team as well as a $250 per organization deposit (refundable following the days participation).  For example 3 teams = $180 + $250 deposit = $430).  

3. Prior to the event, each participant must sign a waiver at the link below and the coach shall provide a roster of participants at check in.  A copy of the form is provided at this link:

Jamboree Schedule

SATURDAY, AUGUST 19th, 2023 
at Neill's Creek Park (behind Harnett Central Middle School)

Registration Deadline is Wednesday, August 16th at 12, noon. 

If you are interested to fill spots vacated by any pending teams, please follow the instructions below.  We will add those teams for wait list.

Jamboree Schedule will be posted here and as a PDF by 8/16. The plan would be for 8U and 10U teams to start at 9am while 12U and 14U teams will start at 1pm. However, this will be driven by the number of teams that register. Matchups will provide 20 minutes for each team's offense, with 5 minutes for field/team transitions (45 mins total). Teams will have a 45 minute scrimmage followed by a 45 minute break before their next scrimmage, although some scrimmages may be back-to-back to keep the day shortened. Three scrimmages for each team will be targeted as long as registration/participation allows.

Scrimmage Information

Check In Information

Each Team's Coach shall check in upon arrival.
  At the check in tent, the Coach shall confirm all signed waivers for participants.  The Coach will then receive 5 gate passes per team, a schedule, and a field map.  All players and cheerleaders wearing their uniform will be admitted free.

Scrimmage Information

Each team will receive approximately 20 minutes of offensive plays and 20 minutes of defensive plays per scrimmage.  A total of 40 minutes per matchup is allotted with 5 minutes to reset the fields for the next matchup.  Please note that the jamboree is on a HARD SCHEDULE.  Matchups will rotate every 45 minutes by horn.  The CLOCK will be running as soon as the horn blows.  We will stay on time.

Coaches can mutually agree on how to divide each team's time on offense, OR determine a home/away designation via coin flip and follow the schedule below: 

•             10 Minutes -- Home Team Offense
•             10 Minutes -- Away Team Offense
•             10 Minutes -- Home Team Offense
•             10 Minutes -- Away Team Offense

At the conclusion of the first scrimmage, both teams will follow their schedule and prepare for the second scrimmage which will follow the same format. After each matchup, please have your team exit the scrimmage field quickly so that the next matchup can begin on time.


Tents and seating will be allowed in the designated areas during the scrimmage.  Please see our map showing the designated areas.  Spectators shall not sit on the marked fields or in between fields.  No outside personal coolers, food, or beverages will be allowed.  However, team coolers are allowed as well as other foods or beverages necessary for dietary concerns (i.e. special needs, babies, etc.).  No alcohol is allowed at this event or on school and park grounds.

Vendor Spots are available in 25' x 25' blocks.  Spots maybe reserved with a $100 donation to the event or as otherwise mutually agreed upon.  Send us a note by instructions below if you want to be a part of this great event.
