	Biography:	Kristen grew up in Clemson, SC cheering her way through school. She still remembers the 5 a.m. workouts when cheering at Appalachian State University and the UCA All-Star cheer experience at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Kristen received a B.S. degree in K-6 Elementary Education and taught 8 years in North and South Carolina. She currently is a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer with Kickstart Personal Training and Fullest Potential Nutrition, helping people learn how to kickstart their nutrition and fitness journeys. Kristen is married to JT Thomas, an area sales manager for Caterpillar. They have a middle school son, Thurman, who plays baseball in the spring for C35 and turns his attention to football in the fall. Cannon, their daughter, is a Op36 and PGA Jr. Golfer, as well as a cheerleader! In her spare time, Kristen shuttles her children to sports events, preps meals, rewashes the same load of laundry for the third time and fits in a pedicure if time permits!
