Biography:Coach Schlismann shares a passion of football since he was old enough to play. He loves the game and coaching kids through proper techniques.  He played football from the time from 7 years old through his first year of college where his career ended with an injury. He has 4 children and family is very important. Coach Schlismann is in his 2nd season coaching with Fuquay-Varina.

 Biography:Coach Harper has been a lifelong athlete and subsequently a coach.  His passion for football, coaching, and all athletics, is a huge driver in his decision to coach .  Coach Harper started baseball at 4, wrestling at 5, and began playing football at 7 years old and finished his football career at Salisbury University, MD, where he played Special Teams and Safety for the Seagulls.  Coach Harper moved to Holly Springs, NC with his wife, Sarah, in 2007 and began coaching wrestling at Holly Springs High School.

Biopraphy:Coach Crocker is married to Sasha and has 3 children Carter, Eli and Aria. He currently works in the IT industry at Nutanix as a Systems Reliability Engineer.Coach Crocker attends Point Church and enjoys spending time with family and friends.Coach Crocker served 9 years in the North Carolina Army National Guard including a deployment to Jordan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2014-2015. He left the service as a Sergeant and is looking forward to bringing his leadership and teaching skills to the program. Hebegan playing football at 7 years old and finished his playing career as a 2 year letterman at James B. Hunt Jr. High School in Wilson, NC.Coach Crocker is specifically interested in working with offensive and defensive lineman as his playing career focused on Tight-End and Defensive-End.

 Biography:Coach Cutler was a multi-sport athlete in high school playing football, basketball, and baseball.  He is married and a father of two boys. He has been involved with sports his entire life and began coaching once my oldest son started playing sports. Coach Cutler is in sales and enjoys taking family trips, going to the movies, and hanging out as a family.

 Biography:Whether on the field or in the workplace, Matt is by nature a coach. He enjoys helping others achieve their goals and enjoys the discipline it takes to drive growth. In his third year with the program, Matt decided to take an active role as a coach. In 2020 he was the OC for the 7U & 9U 7v7 squads.  

Matt and Megann have been married 17 years and have 3 kids - Kara, Caden and Gracynn.  They have loved the family environment of the FV program from day 1.  Professionally, Matt has been in the technology sales space for nearly 20 years spanning startups and enterprise organizations.  The family attends Apex Baptist church, enjoys spending time at the beach and fishing when time allows.

 Biography:Bo is a former football player. He played college football at Valdosta State University, where he played defensive line and started at defensive end for the Division II 2007 National Championship team.  Following that season he was an assistant coach on the defensive side of the ball for his last semester in college.  After he graduated from college he had a calling to play professional indoor football for the Columbus Lions and San Angelo Stampede. He sustained a career ending injury, in which motivated him to help athletes improve their performance and help prevent injuries.

He went to Athletes Performance in Phoenix, Arizona to learn from the best.  As an intern, this is where he learned Athletes Performance Methodology on helping prepare for their sport.  While being in Arizona at Athletes Performance he helped coach college athletes preparing for the 2010 NFL Combine, baseball players preparing for spring training, triathletes, Olympic athletes, high school and college athletes prepare for their sports.  He has also work under Todd Rice while Interning at NC State for summer and in-season of 2011, which helped in preparing for the 2011 Belk Bowl.  Bo was a former strength and conditioning coach working with Football, Baseball, and Track at NC A&T State University.  He was previously working at EXOS (formerly Athletes Performance).  He is Co-Founder of Prime Performance and Personal Training in Raleigh, NC.  Prime Performance Training offers the best athletic performance programming (strength and conditioning) and Personal Training in Raleigh, NC which is located just inside the belt line.
