Biography: | Bo is a former football player. He played college football at Valdosta State University, where he played defensive line and started at defensive end for the Division II 2007 National Championship team. Following that season he was an assistant coach on the defensive side of the ball for his last semester in college.After he graduated from college he had a calling to play professional indoor football for the Columbus Lions and San Angelo Stampede. He sustained a career ending injury, in which motivated him to help athletes improve their performance and help prevent injuries.
He went to Athletes Performance in Phoenix, Arizona to learn from the best. As an intern, this is where he learned Athletes Performance Methodology on helping prepare for their sport. While being in Arizona at Athletes Performance he helped coach college athletes preparing for the 2010 NFL Combine, baseball players preparing for spring training, triathletes, Olympic athletes, high school and college athletes prepare for their sports. He has also work under Todd Rice while Interning at NC State for summer and in-season of 2011, which helped in preparing for the 2011 Belk Bowl. Bo was a former strength and conditioning coach working with Football, Baseball, and Track at NC A&T State University. He was previously working at EXOS (formerly Athletes Performance). He is Co-Founder of Prime Performance and Personal Training in Raleigh, NC.
