Biography:

Coach Napolean Mills has a passion for coaching youth football. He brings seven years of coaching experiences to the Strong Center football program. Under his direction the 2015 Mini Mite went undefeated during the regular season, and advanced to the EWFL Super Bowl. During the 2018 Season, Coach Mills also led the team to another undefeated season and a conference championship.  This season will be his 5thtyear coaching in the East Wake Football League. He is Manager at Dell and reside in Fuquay Varina with his wife, three boys and two energetic dogs name Buffy and Faith. Coach Mills looks forward to developing the Mighty Bengal’s players to a competitive level this year.  GO BENGALS!

Biography:

Coach Ziglar is entering his 5th season in the East Wake Football League and with the Strong Center. Coach Ziglar was a fullback/tailback and linebacker for Magna Vista High School in Ridgeway, VA. He received numerous player of the week honors earning him All Conference, All Regional, All State and Offensive Player of the year. Coach Ziglar was invited to play in the Virginia High School Coaches Association East and West All Star game. After graduating from high school he chose to join the military.

Coach Ziglar currently resides in Fuquay-Varina with his wife, Ty, and four children.

Biography:

Coach Milton loves the game of football has a passion for coaching youth football. He brings 10 years of coaching experiences to the program. This season will be his 6th season in the East Wake Football League. Coach Milton played high school football and Semi-Pro football for several teams in New York City. Teaching kids and seeing them succeed in life through football is what drive Milton to coach.
Milton has work several Key positions at church. He was Youth Leader at Abundant Life Ministries in Fayetteville NC before work relocating him to Holly Springs and resides there with his wife, two boys and his older daughter.

Biography:

Coach Williams coached in the EWFL in 2010 and 2011 and loved it.  During the 2011 Campaign, his team won the first League Championship for Fuquay-Varina.  He loves working with kids and seeing them mature into young men. Being an impact coach is important to Coach Williams.  "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care."  Coach Williams was 4 year letterman in Varsity Football at Ware County High in GA from 1994 to 1997. 
Some of his accolades are as follows:
    - 1996 Honorable mention on the All-Area team.
    - 1997 1st team All-Area and 2nd team All-Region
Coach Williams was a multi-sport athlete also participating in wrestling making 2nd team All Region, weightlifting, baseball, and basketball.

Biography:

Coach Cummings loves the game of football. He played Pop Warner growing up and went on to play Quarterback at Union County High School in Lake Butler, FL. Terrence led his high school team his freshman and sophomore years to two, 3-A Florida State Championships in 1995 and 1996. He was awarded a full scholarship to play Quarterback at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA. They went on to win the Division 1-AA National Championship in 1999. Terrence is a federal law enforcement officer who resides in Fuquay Varina with his wife and 2 children. This is his first season coaching tackle football and is excited to be part of the organization.

Experience:Coach Smith resides in Angier and has been coaching basketball, baseball, and football non-stop for the last 10 years with Pop Warner and the town of Fuquay.

Biography:

Shilo Smith is a native of Grannis Ar. He joined the U.S. Army on March 12, 1993 after he graduated high school and served in the Army for 23 years until his retirement on May 24, 2016.  Coach Smith served in the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Bragg, NC. the majority of his career. He has made 8 combat trips with 4 to Afghanistan and 4 to Iraq. Coach Smith was recognized by the President of the United States for the volunteer work he has done within the community and was awarded The 2018 President’s Volunteer Service Award. His Military Service awards are as follows:

Coach Smith has 3 boys Beckett, Blayne, and Blake whom are all currently playing tackle football with the Strong Center.   He holds a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has ensured that his son Beckett earned his 3rd degree black belt, Blayne has his 2nd degree black belt, and Blake has his 1st degree black belt.

His coaching philosophy is “Don’t practice until you get it right, practice until you can’t get it wrong”.

Biography:

Coach Caudell has been playing and coaching football since he began in the 6th grade with his only breaks being the 2 years he was deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq.  He won a Texas 5A State Championship with perennial powerhouse Converse Judson his senior year while garnering 2nd team All-District 26-5A Honors and being invited to an All-Star event in Maui.  Coach Caudell went on to play college football at Division III Sul Ross State University in West Texas. 

After college, he began playing minor league football and even played a handful of indoor/arena football games as needed to help out teams throughout the years.  In total Coach Caudell has 2 championships and 3 more championship appearances with 8 All-Star appearances.  In addition to playing, Coach has been the owner of the Fayetteville Commandos minor league football team since 2012 playing games throughout North and South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC.

Coach Caudell is an Army vet with an Expert Infantryman Badge, Combat Infantryman Badge, Parachutist Badge and others.  He is a father Kaelyne (1) and Jaxon (9) who also plays for plays on Fuquay-Varina Bengals Football Team.
